Have another question?Can you add recessed lights where there are none?
Yes. We install recessed lighting in existing ceilings and can plan it into a remodel. What is above the ceiling, such as insulation, framing or a floor above, affects how we run the wiring, so we look before we recommend a layout.
Do I have to buy the fixtures myself?
You are welcome to choose your own fixtures. If you are not sure what suits the room, tell us about it when you request service and we will talk through the options with you.
Can you install outdoor lighting?
Yes. We install porch, entry, garage and patio lighting. Outdoor fixtures have to be rated for wet locations and wired with the right protection, and that is part of the job.
Why are my lights flickering?
Flickering can come from a worn bulb, a dimmer that does not match the bulb, a loose connection or an overloaded circuit. Some causes are harmless, but a loose connection is a safety issue. Read why lights flicker, or request service and we will find the cause.
Can you switch my lighting to LED?
Yes. We can install LED fixtures and add dimming. Dimmers and LED bulbs have to be compatible, which we check as part of the installation.
